Together with our Catb City Cooperative Officer Mr. Vince Eslopor, I cant believe it Until the last second before our city was called to receive the plaque of recognition as obe of the five (5) nominees nationawide as the BEST PERFORMING LGU- COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE. I would like to commend the effort and passion given by the the head of our City Cooperatives Development Officer Sir Vince and his staffs and the cooperatives in Catbalogan. Ofcourse, to Vice Mayor Art Sherwin Art L. Gabon and to our council members, to all our department heads and employees thank you for helping me and doing your part to give better life to our people, to make them feel that we are here for all of them, and to make all of them proud to be Catbaloganons. :-) To our Almighty God, thank you very much for all the blessings you have showered to our city and to all of us. Continue to bless me with good health, good heart, humility, respect, peace and clean mind to better serve the people of Catbalogan City. Congratulations to all of us!
