Very excited as my 4 year old, Anessa, ran her first race today. It was 3/4 mile and she ran the whole way. Never stopped, never walked, never gave up even when she got somewhat uncomfortable. Now, she cant wait to show her medal to her grammy and she wants to race again. She had a blast and running her first race with her was one of the biggest thrills I have experienced as a runner. Running is great but sharing the experience with my children is over the top. Just a wonderful day.
