Told a physician/coworker about my bad insomnia and me trying to stay away from sleep meds. He said his nephew drinks a kind of tea and it helps with insomnia. He said he would ask that person about the yea. I thought it was just a conversation and was surprised he gave me a can of organic tea today. How sweet he is! Last time I did not feel like working in his unit so I stayed in the main pharmacy. But when they overhead paged stroke alert, I had to go to his unit.
