Tomorrow (Tuesday) evening, we are preparing Gourmet Chicken Enchiladas, Black Beans in Adobo Sauce, and Spanish Rice... a lot of good flavor profiles being delivered tomorrow! If you enjoy Mexican food, this is a unique and fantastic dinner. Entree: Gourmet Chicken Enchiladas (3 per person) - Wendes version of a Mexican classic entails shredded chicken breasts in a sour cream sauce, tucked in to flour tortillas, topped with Monterey Jack cheese and her special sauce, then baked to a golden brown hue. Sides: Black Beans (in Adobo sauce) & Spanish Rice For 2, cost including delivery and tax is $27. For 3, cost including delivery and tax is $36. For 4, cost including delivery and tax is $45. And, for those who need to feed more than 4 - or you just want extra for lunch the next day, the cost is $9 per each additional person. If you would like to add dessert, we are making fresh Sour Cream Pound Cake every day this week - $4/slice. And, for those who enjoy homemade soups: Smoky Black Bean and Cilantro Soup - The smoky flavor of bacon add depth to this healthy, delicious black bean soup.
