Tomorrow is the first day of Advent! i will post the day before the scripture verses for the next day, you dont have to have candles, but it it kinda nice to symbol each week and what is happening that week. 1st week(1st candle) is Prophecy of Christ, 2nd week (2nd candle) is the Bethlehem Candle or the candle of Preparation, 3rd week (3rd candle) is Shepherds week, 4th week (4th Candle) is The Angels week and 5th Candle (on the 25th) White Jesus Christ Birthday Candle! I would suggest open in Prayer asking God to anoint the next 22 to 26 days, that the Holy Spirit will give you insight and guidance in Reading Gods word and through the advent season. Sing a couple songs (You could look up could look up Christmas songs on Youtube) (there are a ton), then read each day scripture i post regarding that weeks topic, it wouldnt hurt to have each family member take turns reading, then ask what they learned that day or this weeks advent, sing one more song and close in Prayer! So tomorrows reading is Isaiah 40:1-5 Light the first Purple candle too! if you have any questions go ahead and text me or email me through facebook.
