Tomorrow our Holy Church commemorates the Beheading of St. John the Baptist. It is a significant day in the Church calendar. Although everyday is a HOLY day, tomorrow is quite special. Fr Prohoros will serve Matins and the Divine Liturgy from 8am-10am. A friendly reminder that a STRICT FAST is prescribed by the Orthodox Church on this day meaning no meat, fish, dairy, wine or oil is allowed. Please note that like with all fasting periods please consult your Spiritual Father and if you are ill, PLEASE DO NOT FAST!!!!
