Tomorrow, we honor and thank our veterans who answered the call of duty to preserve our nation’s freedom. Throughout New York there are 900,000 veterans who make our communities a better place to live every day. We must also give our gratitude to the military families who make extraordinary sacrifices to support their loved ones who put their lives on the line to defend our values. The men and women of our armed services are New York States heroes and our greatest asset. Tomorrow, they deserve our deepest gratitude.
