Tomorrow we will be making a refreshing and unique Spanish meal accompanied by another version of the Spanish tortilla. this time it will have potatoes and spinach. Gazpacho which is tomorrows lunch is a cold soup or as we like to called a salad in a spoon. A serving Gazpacho is blast of nutrients as it contains nearly all of the servings of vegetables needed in a day, also this is raw food at its finest. Gazpacho is the best complement for a Spanish Tortilla (Spanish Omelet). The drink of the day will be a tasty concoction of Watermelon, mint, and lemon juice.
