Central Ave, Phoenix (ICE Building) Time: 1:00 p.m. Date: Today, July 23, 2013 Re: In a surprising turn of events County Attorney Bill Montgomery scratched all the charges against the workers arrested last Wednesday by Sheriff Joe Arpaio at Uncle Sams. They are in the process of being transferred to ICE for deportation proceedings. We demand their release by ICE immediately. The Barrio Defense Committees and Tonatierra had one of their members arrested in the Raid. We demand his liberation as well as the liberation of all involved. We demand the right to work. No more Raids. No more racial profiling. No more abuse by Sheriff Joe.
