Toni Ann Foster active 3 minutes agoToni Ann Foster John agreed to a plea agreement and on Thursday he says he is guilty of 1st degree manslaughter for Melissa and second degree manslaughter on Mataya! It gives a range of 105 to 136 months the judge can sentence him too and he has already done 104 months so we are hoping judge gives him the max so we can get a few more years out of him! So everyone is writing a victims impact statement to judge basically it says how you knew Melissa and how her murder has affected your life and that you would like to see him get the maximum possible for what everyone has gone through! Maybe a few nice things about Melissas character as she was portrayed so badly in court not have to be long or fancy just from the heart and gramically spelled and written lol They are being emailed to our victim advocate by Monday so she can get them to the judge so he can read before Thursday for he will be issuing sentencing right after his guilty plea on Thursday the 13th at 8:30 am! Three of us will be reading ours in court but for time reasons the rest have to be emailed in to [email protected]! Thank you so much for your support!
