Tonight I almost gave in. Only 3 hrs of sleep. Went to school then work all day then gym. Hit chest hard and only did two workouts of back and was about to call it quits. Walked down stairs took off my gloves got my bag and as I was heading out I saw the stairs and decided I wouldnt do that to myself. In mid stride out the door I went straight up stairs and finished. And I finished strong. Youre gonna have those days where you want to say forget it, Ill do it next time. But you know what. Saying forget it and going next time is setting you back that much further from what youre trying to achieve. Always finish even if you dont want to. And finish strong. Youre only cheating yourself.
