Tonight I did 2 hours of Cardio on the elliptical, treadmill & HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio. When you have fitness goals it’s too late or I’m too tired is just a lame excuse not to workout. When you actually think about it do you say the same thing about going to your job, business, or school? “Got you didn’t I?” Because you know you’re not about to risk losing your job, miss making money for your business, or earning good grades for your education! Livin’ La Vida Loca or not you need to get the heck up and move it !!!NOW!!!
