Tonight I found out that people that assume they know everything about you when they dont even take the time to talk to you, really lose out.Why do people take the word of others that also assume to know you and they havent really taken the time to get to know you either? This person told someone a few years ago that he knew me and had got the information from someone who knew me well.No one really knows me completely.None of us truly knows a person entirely.But the only person that has taken the time to really understand me or really gets me would be my daughter, Sarah Hubbard. I love her being there for me and understanding my crazy ways.I know for a fact that this person did not talk to her.She would have told me...lol. As I ponder this situation,I am perplexed at how shallow and vengeful people can be. I don`t see how people who say they care about you, can spread rumors and half truths so they can convince this person that they are all knowing. I take my stand with my Lord and Savior...He`s truly the only one that knows who I am and who I will be.Even though I have been wronged by people that are clueless about me, I will continue to pray for them. The relationship with one has changed because a trust has been broken.I will pray for the others involved because they dont know the whole truth and are working on assumptions and partial information. All I ask of anyone that is reading this...dont assume you know it all.and if you want to know something about some one, go directly to the source.The pain of distrust this situation has caused will only hurt for a little while.I just feel sorry for the person walking away because he is walking away from a good thing and doesnt even know it!!
