Tonight as I say my prayers, I start with THANKING God for my family. The family still here on earth, and those that were taken far too soon. I stood beside a hospital bed tonight overwhelmed with the words I heard come from such a strong man, I just knew that was it. I knew I was gonna die. --take a moment to take that in. I couldnt help but instantly think just how valuable a human life is. We dont cherish our time with love ones enough. We dont appreciate the placement of people in our lives. And we dont know when life will end. But I also lay here and wonder how do you tell someone thank you for saving someone you love so muchs life? I know God is the ultimate giver and taker of life, but because you were there with the true love of a wife and knowledge of a nurse, life was returned to a precious man.
