Tonight i have interview two android engineers from Beijing in telephone. The first one is in Sony Beijing, graduated from American University, but his performance and ability is not worthy of my evaluation, I just politely end the conversation early. The second one is from Jinshan Beijing, a well-known anti-virus company. He has wide range of knowledges, a rich experience in android and C, and I sharp asked him lots of questions, sustained for a long time. He was very talkative also knew a lot, and more facing the challenges or unknow more excited, very good potential of engineer. But the most interesting matter was the last time, I asked my final question: you live in Beijing now, are you willing to work in Hangzhou? He answered: No, because my girlfriend in Beijing. I said: Well, why u tell me early about this or may I should ask the question at first, otherwise we would not have wasted so long time. He said No, thank you, I m very enjoyed on high-level chatting with you about technical issues. I smiled and said Then we finish chatting now, Im sorry you cant come to, goodbye.
