Tonight on our way to the dells we stopped at McDonalds in Madison. I watched as this older man struggled with his baggage and dressed as a homeless. I watched him take a seat in a corner booth take out his change pouch count his change put it back in his pouch and rub his hands through his hair and down his face. I looked at wayne and he handed me his wallet and said do whatever your going to do. I purchased him a gift card and walked over to him. I said here this is for you get your self something to eat. He looked at me and said this is for me? You dont even know me. I said it doesnt matter merry Christmas. He started crying and asked my name. I said it doesnt matter get yourself something to eat. He asked for at least a hug. I gave him a hug wished him a merry Christmas again and left. I wish I could of done more but at least I know he will have a couple of meals. Just paying it forward
