Tonight, open your heart to love. Commit to receive it from everywhere. Let it in. Refusing to let love in doesnt protect you from future hurt, it only prevents present joy. Begin by calling forth the energy of every loving thought that has ever been thought about you. Love energy never dies. Call it home. Be willing to receive and to let other people give love to you. Acknowledge that by the very fact that your heart beats, you are entitled to be loved. Think of the people/animals who already love you and make it a point to express love toward them. Tomorrow, offer a smile to every person you encounter and let them love you. If someone says or does something kind, say thank you and silently accept their love. Love comes in many forms. Take it in. Tonight, as you prepare to sleep breathe in love. Exhale everything that isnt love. You are a divine creation, created by and for Love. Take your rightful place.
