Tonight was rough for me. As we put Tori to bed, she was in severe pain...the norm, burning in her neck and spine, and feeling like she has a shin splint and as I tucked her in and reminded her that Jesus met her at the altar at Cascade Hills Church and that she told me, He was telling me Hes got me, no matter what! I stayed with her, because she was engulfed in tears and pain. As I began to sing You Are My Sunshine to her, it brought out emotions that I have suppressed for a very long time. I try to be strong for her, so she doesnt see my fear; my fear of her cancer returning, of losing her to the cancer or from treatment from cancer! I fight for her and will not stop, until God says to!I would take it for her, if I could...I truly cried for the first time in a long time and as she wrapped her sweet arms around my neck, it was an instant gift for me, because there are so many moms that no longer have that. I only get through with a true strength from God and with prayers, love and support from so many of you. I will be fine...just taking deep breaths and will pray again! Good night and God bless.
