Tonight we had butter chicken. Despite not tasting like butter chicken it was a very delicious, mild curry. Heres some pics and my recipe. Oil 2 large Garlic cloves, crushed 1 large Onion, diced Fry in medium heated pan until onion is translucent 1 can Coconut cream 1 small can Tomato paste 2 Tblsp Flour 1 tsp Curry powder 3 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Ginger powder 1/2 tsp Chilli powder/ dried chilli flakes Salt and pepper to taste Add to onion/garlic and stir for a few minutes until combined and slightly thickened 2 small Potatoes, cubed ^ equal Sweet potato, cubed 600g Chicken, cubed Place in base of SC and pour sauce over the top I cooked it on high for 3 hours and then stirred it and reduced the temp to low for another 90mins. It would also work on low for 6ish hours id say.
