Tonight will be staying in my own bed !! today i appeared before the District Judge on an harrasment without fear charge against my ex partner for the second time in 3 months also shes trying to say im breaching bail ! Words of the Judge ! trial to be set for oct 23 10 am IF IT GETS THAT FAR So i thought whats he mean by that ? My Brief then gave the details of 5 witnesses being called on my behalf to the crown they then asked for her witnesses and theres only her and her mother ? judge then looks puzzled scratches his head looks at me looks at my brief rustles a few bits of paper and then shocks us by lifting 2 of my 3 bail conditions without us asking and said the police have seemed to go over the top with this Mr Stoves ur free to go ! oh and also theres ur passport if u want to take ur son on holiday ur free to leave the uk ! I then walked out of the court room leaving the smell of expensive aftershave in the air and coolely winked at John monkhouse my soliciter who in turn glanced at his rolex saying il be intouch tomorow for a chat and prehaps a ploughmans lunch at a good quality food outlet :-) so there u have it see what happens bosh
