Tonights #BODYPUMP at 18:30 is fully booked with a wait list in place but there are limited spaces still available in #BODYCOMBAT at 19:30. Guys, we did unfortunately suffer a couple of late cancels and a couple of no-shows for our most popular classes last week where we had other eager participants on the wait list that we had to disappoint unnecessarily. Please be considerate to the rest of the FFS Tribe and always cancel with as much notice as possible (no later than 2 hours before the class commences) otherwise we do have to charge the £6 penalty. These rules are in place to protect the best interest of all members and to ensure the smooth and successful running of the studio. Thank you for your cooperation. The Future Fit Team
