Tonights challenge was Protein 1. Pork rib shoulder (turned into a Hot Cherry riblet by cutting apart) and Pork Chops with Garlic. 2 Vegetable was Butternut squash, I grilled with rum and butter, and added salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Fruit was Pluots (Apricot-plums) with rum, caramel and lemon juice with ice cream. I also added a charred onion as a side. Pics will follow tomorrow.
