Tonights game brought aup a few rules queries! 1 a unit hit by HE goes down, receives 10 hits which becomes 5. If that unit was already in a down position (due to a failed activation) are they hits still halved? 2. can a squad about to be flamed choose to go down halving hits( we think not) 3.opponent has a wasp coming on from outflank it has 2 units front of it. 1 infantry squad in ambush one not. I know theres also a squad of commandos about to come on next Dice also from outflank. What I want to know is does the wasp player have to declare what its going to do before I decide to ambush or not? If he says Im flaming the ambush unit Im obviously going to shoot them, if not Ill leave in ambush for the commandos. hope that makes sense!
