Tonite marks six yrs, on this night my life changed for me, on this night I was out with friends, hanging out at a bar, not knowing Id be a victim of a severe beating, massive head trauma. It was hard on my family, for they did not know where I was, till days later when they got a call from Phoenix PD.the next 17 days, I lied in I.C.U of Maricopa C.H...it be the longest 17 days for my family members, unable to hear there cries, feel there tears, hear there prayers...lifeless, I layed in a coma for them days...i thank all my family for your strong prayers, those who saw me in that state, my beaten body...i probably couldnt take the images youve seen.what was 17 days for them, seemed like a nap for me couldnt speak, hear, move. Im a survivor, my families prayers were answered, as I awoke an saw my parents, aunt,& sister standing there, at the edge of my bed, took me awhile to recognize them. Finally said my moms name, they were relieved. I wish this on no one, what has happened to me. Ive been thinking about this all day....what wouldve been if I did not survive.id miss out on my sweethearts life events, accomplishments...it wouldve been so hard on her...on all my family members. Im so thankful for there good strong prayers, there courage to visit me, an seeing me in that state. I love you all...family and friends. Again, Ive been thinking about this all day. Im still here...Stronger, Alive,& and very thankful for all the prayers on that night/weeks...yes, there are angels, there is a heaven. Heavens gate is amazingly beautiful...Ive seen it. Ive been beaten down, Ive risen back up......Im still here... No one should go through what Ive been through..... Im very thankful to EMTs & firefighters... They come across some horrific scenes & still are able to perform there duties... I salute all of you...
