Tony Brochu, CLSD Supervisor of Food & Nutrition Services, hosted chef demonstrations at all four elementary schools in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District. Celebrated annually in March, “Go for the Greens,” a signature event of Penn State Hershey PRO Wellness Center, promotes green veggies as good food and good fun. Chef demonstrations and tastings this year include kale, kale chips and sautéed kale w/ garlic and tomatoes.
