Tony Thomas , part of the Ospreys and Welsh Rugby Union Coach Development Department recently named as the best in Wales heads for Latvia to hold talks with Livonia Rugby club on a possible sister club relationship between the clubs . While Tony is here Challenge Riga and Livonia head coach Mark Allen will be showing Tony around the current training facilities available here in Latvia, also the Upesciems stadium where all visiting teams will be playing any games here
