Too Many Dogs! I have too many dogs. When I step into the hall, a half-dozen lithe bodies dance attendance, shadowing my every move. There are dogs everywhere -- in the side yard and in the back yard. In the bedroom and in the living room. This is a house ~full~ of dogs. They are so happy. With most, the trauma is at least forgiven, if not forgotten and the ones having trouble forgiving still slink closer day by day. Their wounds are self-healing. Their smiles fan the flames of bright futures. I have too many dogs. When I step into the hall, I watch the happy bodies and I feel so blessed that they are all still alive. Keep a dog alive. Please foster. One more dog is never too many.
