Too darned cold to go outside! So I managed to get back to writing! Toughest job of my life...treading on toes with my TRUTH...knowing full-well that my Truth is not at all how others might SEE events from the past. I would likely be upset if they wrote their version of what went on...but it would be THEIR TRUTH! Some would say...forget it...put the past in the past and dont bother re-living it all...Ive been called a poop disturber...trouble maker...etc. BUT...you ought to see the tears flow from women (and some men) when I tell just a bit of my journey at a speaking event. There are so many hurting and broken people...who need to know just how bad it got...before it got better!!! It is called INSPIRATION...to testify to the Glory of God...how HE is in the business of rescuing, redeeming and restoring the lost. Amazing Grace. As our dear departed Rev. Johnny Collins used to say: If the Lords done something wonderful for you...they hadnt ought to be able to shut you up about it! Maybe I got it wrong...but I think you have to tell the honest truth about how bad it was (you were) to show the magnitude of the mighty miracles you have been granted! The Mercy of Divine Intervention!
