Too often we focus on our (perceived) flaws or thing we want to fix about our bodies. -I need to lose fat on my stomach -I want to wear smaller size jeans -Im not strong enough -I dont have enough muscle definition -Im not disciplined enough with my nutrition But what would happen if we focused exclusively on the POSITIVE things? -Im getting better at push-ups -Im eating delicious meals that make me feel great -Im discovering how awesome my body is because of what its capable of doing -Ive simplified my workouts and nutrition so Im less stressed It may seem like a subtle shift, but it’s crazy powerful.
