Permitted marches in affluent neighborhoods hurt my feelings. MMLA people are not answering a lot of the questions asked about what orgs and community leaders theyve solidified. A lot of unpleasantness from some of the black student volunteers, whom I believe are just being used as front people for white meglomaniac planners. After 3 days of inquiry online the only real group folx were aware of involved in organizing this event were the LAPD. There was a total erasure of a long argued thread with said inquiry and concerns. I deleted my initial critique of their appropriated white power fist profile picture(which they later changed) cause through sources I found out that it was young black students who were helping organize said event and felt I may have been too hard on budding organizers/activists. But then other intel led me to acknowledge the white leadership that has been involved WEEKS ago before the students and that these black students were an afterthought. So now because of critique brought by many differing inquiries they are adjusting the necessity of black involvement, but the fact still remains that it was an afterthought and NOT integral to their organizing this event. - Edxie Betts
