Took my to-do list and hit the road. I love the hunt in consignment stores, Dollar tree and more. Found 8 nice plates and some coffee cups for $1/each. All of the wall stuff is from for about $50! Enjoy the first pix of some stuff :) After I shlepped my stuff up the stairs and hung stuff up I went to the Brownlees. They had Kristine Queior Bednarz and family over and we had a ball. Kjo made gumbo and muffalettas which filled us up. Except for that dessert of course :) after some wicked games of Uno. I got sucked into some TV after I got back ... This morning I did some stuff on the mac, setup some auto pay on the San Diego accounts and made my grocery list. Its been a wobbly day - went to re-up my rental car but the location was closed so I had to drive to the airport. When I got there I found out that it was less expensive if I rented a different car (they had to take that one for maintenance). So I had to unload the trunk of bags, new vacuum cleaner etc, I circled the building to get back in the return line and they found a windshield ding and I needed gas (about a gallon down because I had gassed it about 30 miles away - mere $9.99 )but I couldnt bear to leave again.Went to do some grocery shopping and the lines were very long - checker said its been crazy the last 2 days When I got back to my place I couldnt find my keys....aarrgghh. Called Kjo for her key ended up finding them on the floor of the car. WAH WAH WAH enough whining. Ive put my stuff away and had dinner. Think Ill take the evening away from lists and piles. Jesus Calling says Do not be weighed down with problems and unresolved issues for I am Your Burden Bearer. Please keep a friend of mine in your prayers for a recurrence of Hodgkins disease.
