Took the girls to the chiropractor today. He says they both have sprains and strains in their necks and backs. Hannahs neck is pretty bad with only about 1/2 the mobility she should have. Haleys lower back is pretty bad and he said it feels like she has super glue between in her spine. He said the problem with these types of accidents is that most people dont get treatment, scar tissue develops, and they lose mobility in the joints of their neck or get arthritis by the time theyre 30. Im glad Im getting them treatment. Tomorrow, the insurance adjuster is picking up Haleys car to take it to the body shop. They said that they will fix both the rear and front, which is a HUGE blessing. I wasnt sure if they would cover the front because one car hit her so hard she hit the car in front of her. I didnt know if the front damage would be her fault or not, but they are taking full responsibility. Right now she has a rental car to get her back and forth to school and work, and is getting by. Both girls are still pretty sore, but as far as accidents go this has been the least messy to resolve. Thank God for protecting my girls and for making this process run smoothly.
