Top 10 Favorite KC Restaurants (based only in KC, no chains allowed) I tried, though you do have to have this restriction, to keep it to one restaurant per cuisine (the order mostly reflects the types of cuisine I like to eat most). I tried to also mix up nicer restaurants with more casual places.
