Top 10 Things I learned in Italy: 1. There is no such thing as bad gelato, although some are better than others; 2. Tax is included when you buy things, love that!; 3. Pizza, pasta, and seafood are AMAZING 9 times out of 10; 4. Hotels do not give you face washcloths (note to self to pack one for next time); 5. Italys hotel hair dryers are not as good as USs; 6. Love the Italian way of putting shutters on the windows (sometimes inside and out of the window) as light blockers making a room completely dark; 7. Italy is a lot more humid than I expected (it was pointless to bring a hair straightener); 8. Europeans have no sense of personal space, especially on the subway, 9. Not a good idea to mostly bring sandals, the roads are original therefore they are bumpy and make your feet ache for days! (and there is ALOT of walking), 10. Italy is gorgeous and I cant wait to go back!
