Top 5 tips to look like Michelle Keegan!! I have seen a lot of you comment about this recent picture of Michelle Keegan and I have to agree she does look amazing. The reality is yes she probably does have some good genetics but to maintain a figure like this she probably doesnt actually eat that much which is likely the biggest difference. So... What do you need to do? 1. To lose bodyweight and body fat you need to create a calorie deficit. This is where you burn more calories than you consume, If your weight isnt going down on the scales weekly your not creating enough of a deficit. The size of your deficit will determine the rate you lose weight or body fat. The larger the deficit the quicker and greater loss 10-15% deficit will see you lose around 0.5kg per week 15-20% deficit will see you lose around 0.75-1kg per week 25% deficit will see you lose around 1-1.5kg per week 2. Training wise you want to do more circuit style workouts and aerobic work with the main goal of burning as many calories as possible. This will help you create that calorie deficit. 3. Your average daily intake over 7 days would need to be no more than 1100-1500 calories for most. So if you indulge at weekends or some evenings despite being restrictive on other days you may be increasing your average over the week and slowing/sabotaging your progress and efforts. 4. You need to be consistent, she has been this size and shape for a long time, it didnt happen overnight and it wont happen overnight for you either. You would need to set yourself the time frame of anywhere from 6-12 weeks to be able to not only achieve this goal but be able to maintain it/ 5. You need to also realise that to get there it probably wont be fun and probably wont be the healthiest way, especially if you are creating a moderate to large deficit but if its what you want then go for it.
