Toppers Pizza Canada Almost an hour and a half later, after ordering 2 medium pizzas and toppers sticks and 2 dips I have finally received my pizza after an ignored phone call by your employees, and also 2 pick up and hang ups consecutively. Luckily your driver saw to it that customer satisfaction was a priority and allowed me to have my pizza for free, after he saw I was walking a guest back out to their vehicle, empty stomached with high hopes of your delicious pizza to be within the 45 minutes to an hour maximum(even that is brutal when I am literally 6 blocks away), not an hour and a half on aTuesday night. Also, I called with specific instructions to give the driver and they were not given to him, and he was unable to find the correct door and I actually was on the other side of the building and saw him luckily, which I then told him I no longer wanted the pizza because my guests were leaving. He insisted I take it for free so I handed him a 5$ tip he earned for driving in this ruthless weather and handling the situation as he should. However, as for the employees in your store at the Collingwood, ON location... A complete joke. Seriously reconsider either retraining or restaffing your entire store!
