THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT PLEASE ENSURE YOU SHARE AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE As some of us (but not all) know, the Govt intends to take up the opportunity to opt out of 130 JHA measures as allowed by Lisbon, but then to opt back into 35 of them including the European Arrest Warrant. This will make those measures irreversibly subject to the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice and the enforcement powers of the Commission. Once they have control over our criminal justice system that will be the last irreversible click of the ratchet, for Justice and Home Affairs means police powers and prisons, and is the heart of the States power of physical coercion over our bodies. When Brussels has that, they will have won, and the roof of the EU state will close inexorably over our heads. Parliament is to debate the matter of the opt-out and the opt-ins next month. So please circulate this far and wide, and above all lobby your MP and ask your contacts to lobby theirs. It is essential that the current Parliament should reject this. for otherwise it could be too late - we will be put on a conveyor belt which will lead to the European Public Prosecutor, Corpus Juris, and then ultimately they may be able to arrange for the European Gendarmerie Force to be deployed on our streets. Theresa May has said that she would of course have no problem with allowing special intervention forces from allied countries into Britain if needed. At that point, once allowed in, they would refuse to leave if asked to by a subsequent Parliament, for they would only recognise the authority of their masters in Brussels. We would have to get them out at gunpoint... for we could be regarded by Brussels as seditious secessionists and things could turn very nasty and messy. We must leave no stone unturned to ensure that the conveyor belt is stopped before matters reach that point.
