Tottenham are readying a move for £15m rated Man United winger Nani according to Sports Direct News. Andre Villas-Boas has made the 26 year old wide-man his number one summer transfer target and could see the Portuguese international as an ideal replacement for Gareth Bale if the North London club do indeed elect to sell the Welsh international. Nani has become something of a bit-part player at Old Trafford, making just seven Premier League starts last term, a figure that could be even lower in 2013/14 given that Wilfried Zaha has now arrived from Crystal Palace. Villas-Boas will be keen to invest any money made from the sale of Bale right back into his squad and having already brought in impressive additions Paulinho, Nacer Chadli and Roberto Soldado a move to bring in Nani would certainly further strengthen the Tottenham squad.
