Rommel sometimes directed traffic and did some trivial things when he could of better used his attention and command elsewhere. Like I said man, would you rather be helping your soldiers move sandbags, or be calling airstrikes. Gotta take charge of your command and take initiative where its most critical. Of course you want to build report with your subordinates, but there are better ways to do so. As a commander its not that youre too good to help your soldiers, but its because you should know your responsibilities as a commander. This is a three part series. You should watch it.
