Touch-and-go benchpress PR. 375 lbs. Ive neglected my benchpress the last few years simply because it was my best lift. I would only bench once a week, sometimes once every two weeks. Ive never been a great squatter or deadlifter, so my focus has been on those lifts the past couple years. Ive just recently gotten serious about my bench, and the progress has been great. My goal is, of course, still to get my squat and deadlift much higher, but Im no longer going to neglect the lift that Im naturally best at.
