Tow Truck Day! Yes, it was! Entered JB yesterday and the car had to break down on a busy road. Mum and sister cab to a workshop we know there while I waited with my grandfather on the roadside. Being in JB and waiting on the roadside, I was worried for our safety! The constant stares we got as the vehicles drove by. My grandfather was sitting on his portable-seat-walking-stick as I held an umbrella over our heads. We were waiting for a yellow tow truck to rescue us! I recited my selawat/prayers for Allah to ease our affairs and safeguard us from any evil. Knowing that it could happen there. Around half an hour or so, 2 motorists approched us. I was really frightened, already thinking to whack them with my umbrella if they were to hurt us. Priority would be my grandfather first, Ill take the risk to protect my grandfather! Cheywah. Oh, I was serious of doing that but alhamdulillah, there were just concerned of my grandfathers health. They wanted to call an ambulance if he wasnt alright. Felt relieved after knowing their intention to help. As I was on the phone with mum, a black car suddenly stopped behind our car. Alamak! Getting my umbrella ready again for anything to happen. However, I noticed it was a chinese lady after she wind down her window. She was with her son and wanted to offer us help for the situation we were in. She even passed us a plastic bag of food and drinks. So sweet! The fact that she saw us earlier, bought the items at a petrol kiosk and U-turn just to assist us. Masya Allah, I am so touched by her random act of kindness. She pitied my grandfather and thus, she did all that. (: Fast forward until we brought the car back into Singapore and how we rushed for our class afterwards. The weirdest thing was seeing a total of 6 other tow trucks that day! Why are they suddenly everywhere?! >.< All is Well, a blessing from Allah indeed. We survived that obstacle!
