Tp HCM Vị trí : Admin Manager Cty: Bizwell Mô Tả Công Việc 1. Prepare and maintain all sales-related documents including customer database, contracts, quotations, purchase orders… 2. Handle customers’ correspondence, claims and feedbacks and report to sales supervisor/ manager. 3. Coordinate in executing sales contracts including arranging delivery schedule (warehousing and trucking), export customs procedures where applicable, invoice issuance follow-up and send to customers for payment. 4. Input data on company-provided information system (FAST) and produce periodical report on inventory and sales revenue for sales manager. 5. Support in inventory forecast and follow up on purchase orders with internal suppliers (shipment schedule, import customs procedures…) 6. Reconcile with warehouse supplier on monthly inventory and goods movement. 7. Support HR&GA Manager on daily office operations and supplier coordination. Yêu Cầu Công Việc Has to be experienced in office work more than 5 years Has to be experienced in Inbound-Forwarding Business (Container transport) more than 3 years Has to be proficient in English.
