LTD MÔ TẢ CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC - Receive & follow up status of approved P.O transfered from Assigned Purchasers. - Contact to get P.O acknowlegement in written from Suppliers , especially for P.O value over 5,000 USD. - Follow up and contact suppliers to make sure the goods will be delivered as schedule stated on P.O. - Prepare docs. and cordinate with Accounting Dept. for Payment matter as stated on Approved P.O . - Immediately report to Purchaser/PUR Manager about problem that may caused much delaying of delivery. - Follow up to get invoice, cerificate( if required ) and sending cert. to QC,warehouse,Acc. - Check invoice information against P.O and release P.O in Navision system . - Follow up with warehouse and resolve all documentation problem to get Store receipt Voucher latest 10 days after delivery. - Follow up with Accounting Dept. to settle payment if all pending problem from supplier is cleared. - Responsible to contact all invloved parties : Ezra Procurement, Supplier, QC, Warehouse, Project, Production,… and drive for closing Goods Descrepancy Nofication (GDN) of Imported shipments within 1 month from receiving of GDN from warehouse. - Report to PUR Assistant Manager the reasons of GDN that cannot closed in time frame to report to Management for solution if required. - Support purchasers on admin work : tabulation, P.o keying,…if required. - Double check to make sure P.O file having enough supporting docs. : RF, quotation, tabulation, cert.,invoice ,SRV,..before closing. - File P.O in order with traceble method. - Monthly report to Purchaser/ PUR Manager about open P.O till date. KINH NGHIỆM/KỸ NĂNG CHI TIẾT - Good in communication, written both in English & Vietnamese. - Trouble handle Skill. Having Purchasing Experience, international trading, Accounting knowledge is preferred. - Work independently, team spirit, Carefulness required. - Ability to work under high pressure.
