Tracy Blanton has inspired me to share 8 things you may not know about me. (They wont be nearly as exciting as hers). 1. I stepped on a toothpick when I was young and it had to be surgically removed. I still have a scar from it on the bottom of my left foot. 2. I was a very reckless driver and had several wrecks that caused my parents insurance to be cancelled, but that all changed once I had kids. 3. My first job was a publix cashier wearing green polyester uniforms! I stayed with publix for 13 years. 4. I saw Derek playing drums at his church and knew I had to meet him. We were engaged 3 months later. 5. I cannot snow-ski, hate it, tried it several times, still hate it! 6. I dont eat vegetables! Only corn! I have tried but I physically cant chew or swallow them without gagging! Been this way since I was a baby. 7. I love to thrift, consignment and junk shop. I love to use old dishes ,furniture and junk! Much to Dereks disliking. 8. I (we) have seriously checked into moving to st. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. If I could take all of our family with us I would sell everything and be on a flight tomorrow. Me Derek and the boys have fallen in love with the islands and could live there forever. Like this and I will give you a number to tell us about you too!
