It is guided by Lama Tsultrim Allione, author of Women of Wisdom and Feeding Your Demons and the soon to be released Meeting the Mandala. Lama Tsultrim met Buddhism in India and Nepal while still a teenager, deepened it through her years as a Buddhist nun in the early ’70s, and honed it as the mother of three and through her unceasing commitment to the Tibetan Buddhist path, extensive solo retreats, daily practice, and continual study with her sublime Tibetan teachers for more than 45 years. Tara Mandala retreat center in Colorado is the hub of a vibrant international web of Buddhist practitioners who meet in groups in many locations in the USA and Europe. Tara Mandala practitioners are on every continent, gathering for meditation and study of the Dharma and practices of Lama Tsultrim. Meditation has a profound effect on the individual and its benefits emanate into the rest of the world.
