“Traditional bands do not longer have a drums monopoly” In - TopicsExpress

“Traditional bands do not longer have a drums monopoly” In the spring of 2010 Gery, DJ at the Ghent based DJ group Les Mecs and freestyle drum artist Maxim came to the unique idea, playing live percussion during an uplifting DJ performance. This led to the well known concept of Les Mecs & Drums, which later transformed into Axxis & Drums when Gery decided to pursue his solo career. The combination of Electronic Dance Music and live drums into one energetic mix of creative sounds brings the emotion of live music to a DJ performance and had proven to blow the crowd away, time after time. Live sets typically include a range of EDM from house to progressive, very melodic and catchy vocals. Since 2014, live drums are also available to enrich any set of the successful collaboration between Axxis and Denis lucas, A&DL. REFERENCES: As Les Mecs & Drums they played from Ghent Student Kick-Off mainstage to some of Belgium’s most notorious clubs like Culture Club (Ghent), Carré (Willebroek), Fuse (Brussels) and Kokorico. Moving on as Axxis & Drums they performed a second time at the Student Kick-Off mainstage, Carré, Brussels University (VUB) Summer Closing festival and many more. In august 2012 Axxis & Drums crossed the boarder for a small international tour in Canada (Toronto, ON). Now in 2014 they smashed the Jungle Party, which is widely know to be one of the biggest youth events around Ghent. Since then they have been working on the new refreshing collab of A&DL + Drums !!!!!! => BOOKING & INFO [email protected] FOLLOW A&DL: - Website: eusales-records.agency/drums-axxis-denis-lucas-edmset/ - Facebook: https://facebook/ADL.Official.Dj?fref=ts
