Traffic Arrangements for Punggol North Street Parade 2014 #sgtrafficwatch The annual Punggol North Street Parade 2014 will be held this Sunday, 20 July 2014, between 3.00 pm and 9.00 pm. To facilitate traffic arrangements for the event, Punggol Field in the direction of Punggol East (between Edgefield Plains and Edgedale Plains) will be closed to vehicular traffic between 3.00 pm and 9.00 pm held this Sunday. During the road closure, access into the above-mentioned road will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed away.
