Trail in Inwood Park to Close for Repairs Parks workers are about to close a large section of trail heading up to Inwood Ridge, in order to renovate it. They were constructing protective enclosures around the trees today, and said the trail will be closed next week sometime, and stay closed for about a month (depending on the weather) until the work is done. This segment of the trail begins by the Spuyten Duyvil Creek, below the Henry Hudson Bridge, and runs up past the bridge authority building to the top of the ridge. In addition to repaving the path, they are going to put a guard rail on the side of the drop off.
