Training Coordinator A fast growing training company is seeking to hire a Training Coordinator. Job description: • Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness. • Assess training needs through surveys. • Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts. • Communicating with trainers and consultants to arrange training schedule and outcomes. • Prepare the participant list of the training programs and communicate with them to ensure their attendance, and update the attendance sheet accordingly Maintain database of all the participants including their position titles, and contact details to facilitate communication • Keep track of all training assessment and prepare an analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received (training evaluation forms) Processes documents and materials. Education • Bachelor’s degree of any reputable Faculty. Computers & Language skills. • Excellent computer ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) • Excellent command of English spoken and written. Personal characteristics • Good communication skills • Problem solving, Presentable, Self-motivated • Organizational skills – able to plan and manage own time effectively • Patient, Flexible, Positive attitude Working Conditions: The Training Coordinator works in office and event environments.
