JOB-775543 Description The Training Officer, under the direction of the Training Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Induction and specialist training to enhance the competence and knowledge of our care staff as well as ensuring that the training leads to a quality service being provided to our clients. The Training Officer will also be responsible for the delivery of the following training to HSE care staff: Moving and Handling, Infection Control, Hand Hygiene and PMVA(Prevention, Management, Violence & Aggression).Must have a full European driving licence and be willing to travel. The ability to adapt to change and take on different tasks as and when required. Previous experience in a health care training role which involved development and delivery of training programmes. FETAC level 6 Train the Trainer qualification. Full European driving licence .Ability to work on own initiative and without daily supervision and ability to cope with competing priorities. Skills Requirements Excellent administrative and computer skills with specific knowledge of Word and Excel systems.Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
